FUNDRAISING

Bathurst typically holds one major fundraising event every year.

In the past two years, the Pastoral Care Committee undertook an activity that was also planned as an opportunity for members to have some fun during the COVID-19 lockdown while sharing their cooking or baking skills. People did some baking or prepared favourite dishes and then offered these treats for sale. Others delivered them to the doors of the buyers. The resulting goodies and the enthusiasm of the participants resulted in a fun activity and contributed to the church coffers!
